All you need are the following ingredients.
Oates
Vanilla shake
300ml Semi-skimmed milk
A few blackberries and raspberries.
Place the oats in a bowl, add a scoop of vanilla shake, 2 x fruit and berry capsules, blackberries and raspberries and milk in a blender and blend together, once done pour over the oats and stir in the mixture, once done place in the refrigerator and leave until the morning.
In the morning take out the oats that you made, top with a couple of table spoons of either natural or Greek yogurt and top with a couple of blueberries and raspberries and lastly enjoy.
