Finally my products have arrived, I am super excited to try them.
So I finally started to use my products, starting with a shake for breakfast, sometimes a shake for lunch, with a snack bar in-between meals, and I also have an uplift which is just a my healthier energy drink, so that means that I have cut down on my coffee intake, I only have one cup first thing in the morning.
Sometime for lunch I have a soup, I add the vegetable capsule to my soup and the fruit and berry ones to my shakes.
I have been doing this now for 4 days and surprisingly enough I feel great and more energized.
