1/2 Cucumber
2 - 3 Cloves Of Garlic
3 - 4 TBLS Of Greek Yogurt
1 TSP Of Oil
Salt & Pepper To Season (optional)
Coarsely grate the cucumber into the bowl, followed by finely grated cloves of garlic, add your 2 x vegetable capsules and oil, mix together, then add the Greek yogurt and mixed together for about 2 to 3 minutes, then add salt & pepper to season.
Place in the fridge for a couple of hours and then service with carrot or celery sticks, bread sticks, crackers or pita bread or even just bread and butter.
