Day 6
And lunch time
On day 7 and 8, I just had a a banana and vanilla shake for breakfast and a fruit and chocolate bar for lunch.
On day 9, I ran out of milk so could not do my shake, just had a fruit bar for breakfast and a chocolate bar for lunch.
I have been drinking my Uplift drink every day, a couple of days I used fizzy water, it tasted great.
