My Best Purchase So Far This Year
I kid you not, this book has been my favourite purchase so far this year!
Literally so excited to get started.
I have been reading this amazing book Awake The Giant Within by Anthony Robbins, it is about changing your mindset, it helps you to create your goals and how reach them.
This guy has so much passion and energy through his words in the book that you can't help but think "I can do this" "I can reach my goals", this is the best book ever.

1. Add seasonal fruit or veg into you shakes as well as capsules, there are plenty of recepies online that you can use.
2. You can use shakes to make a healthy overnight oats.
3. You don't have to just make shakes with the mix, did you know you can use them in pancakes, muffins and brownies.

My Favorite Product
These may be my favorite products yet! For the selfish reason that I use them every day is to help me with my eczema, which since taking them I have not had a flare up, they also have given my hair better condition and have started to strengthen my nails as well.
What is this product? These are berry capsules and are now part of my daily routine.

This Is My Story
I haven't really introduced myself so I thought I would do that now.
A big hello to all of you! My name is Tina and I am the driving force behind Healthy Living By TinaRose.
For a long time I loved to learn new things and helping people reach their goals, this year I realized that I have neglected my health, so I decided to do something about it an if I can help other people along the way to do the same even better, that is when Healthy Living By TinaRose was born.
I work full time for a fire & security company which is very busy, so sometimes I don't have time to have a breakfast or even lunch, or sometimes I just forget to have them which is not very healthy for my body, so I created Healthy Living By TinaRose to hold myself accountable.
Since I have started my journey I have felt a difference in myself, the way I look and the way I feel.
My confidence has grown, I feel amazing, but this is just the beginning for me, my main goal is to wake up and feel no pain, to be able to walk to work or even to the shops without the aid of using crutches.
To do this I have had not only change my lifestyle but also to change my mindset, because of this I know I will one day reach my ultimate goal of being pain free and hopefully be financially stable.
