Day 17 - 22 Of My Journey

 


I am still on my on my healthy Journey, I feel so incredible, I have a shake for breakfast, a soup or energy bar for lunch, and have a meal in the evening.

The shakes are so versatile, I have made a thick strawberry and banana shake, I have also done overnight oats with them, you can also use them to make pancakes, muffins and even brownies.

I make up my shakes and soups in the morning and take to work, and with my uplift I feel fab.




I have noticed the difference in my skin, hair and nails since using the berry capsules, at the start I was skeptical whether this would work or not, but I was surprised by the immediate results I got by just using the shakes and capsules, and when I started uplift, wow, it gave me the energy boost that I needed and helped me to cut down on my coffee intake, it also helps that they taste incredible to.
