Last night I make some overnight oats, first time I have ever attempted this, it actually turned out ok, and it tasted great, I added a couple of spoonfuls of Greek yogurt and added a couple of blueberries and raspberries and it is so easy to make.
I skipped my morning coffee this morning, I actually automatically made a cup of tea instead, with my uplift and a shake for lunch I am feeling pretty good today.
Tonight I am going to do tuna and sweetcorn in pitta bread with home made tzatziki, so looking forward to that.
