Day 23 Of My Journey

 



Last night I make some overnight oats, first time I have ever attempted this, it actually turned out ok, and it tasted great, I added a couple of spoonfuls of Greek yogurt and added a couple of blueberries and raspberries and it is so easy to make.

I skipped my morning coffee this morning, I actually automatically made a cup of tea instead, with my uplift and a shake for lunch I am feeling pretty good today.

Tonight I am going to do tuna and sweetcorn in pitta bread with home made tzatziki, so looking forward to that.

Day 17 - 22 Of My Journey

 


I am still on my on my healthy Journey, I feel so incredible, I have a shake for breakfast, a soup or energy bar for lunch, and have a meal in the evening.

The shakes are so versatile, I have made a thick strawberry and banana shake, I have also done overnight oats with them, you can also use them to make pancakes, muffins and even brownies.

I make up my shakes and soups in the morning and take to work, and with my uplift I feel fab.




I have noticed the difference in my skin, hair and nails since using the berry capsules, at the start I was skeptical whether this would work or not, but I was surprised by the immediate results I got by just using the shakes and capsules, and when I started uplift, wow, it gave me the energy boost that I needed and helped me to cut down on my coffee intake, it also helps that they taste incredible to.

Ok, this morning I had a shake, followed by an uplift.  These products are amazing, since I have been on them I have been feeling great, having more energy, my skin feels great my nails are getting stronger and my hair is in a better condition that it has ever been.

Day 13 Of My Journey

 


Woo hoo! I have had a nice long walk to the doctor's surgery and just had my COVID vaccination done which was not too bad, then I had a nice walk back and took a selfie, I am feeling great, the products that I am using are working above my expectations, especially when work colleagues are commenting on how well I look and on colleague even commented on how amazing I look, I must admit I do feel pretty amazing.

Today I started with a shake and added some raspberry's to it and a coffee, I had a fruit bar for lunch with my uplift energy drink, and in the evening I had a jacket potato.

Since I have been using these products I have been feeling great, more energized and amazing.

Day 11 Of My Journey

 



Today I have been very good, I had my shake for breakfast, and a soup for lunch, I have also quit smoking so the uplift helped with the cravings, I feel a lot better in myself, not out of breath so much, just need to strengthen the muscles in my legs.

We must not underestimate our health, if we fall ill or catch a serious illness then that is on us, eating healthily is not a chore, it is a life choice, one that you should welcome.

Being unfit and overweight is not fun, you find it difficult to join in the activities with your children or even your grandchildren.

None of us had a good 2020 or even a good start to 2021 we have all lost family members or friends to the Covid virus, should this not make you want a more healthier lifestyle?

In the end your family and friends will thank you for it.

As it was mothers day today I just had my shake in the morning, my son brought me a tray of Ferrero Rocher which had to be eaten :) .

Day 6 - Day 9 Of My Journey

And lunch time



On day 7 and 8, I just had a a banana and vanilla shake for breakfast and a fruit and chocolate bar for lunch.

  

On day 9, I ran out of milk so could not do my shake, just had a fruit bar for breakfast and a chocolate bar for lunch.

I have been drinking my Uplift drink every day, a couple of days I used fizzy water, it tasted great.

Day One - Four Of My Journey - 4th - 8th March 2021

 Finally my products have arrived, I am super excited to try them.



So I finally started to use my products, starting with a shake for breakfast, sometimes a shake for lunch, with a snack bar in-between meals, and I also have an uplift which is just a my healthier energy drink, so that means that I have cut down on my coffee intake, I only have one cup first thing in the morning.

Sometime for lunch I have a soup, I add the vegetable capsule to my soup and the fruit and berry ones to my shakes.

I have been doing this now for 4 days and surprisingly enough I feel great and more energized.

My Journey In Improving My Health And Keeping Fit

 





What can I say, 2020 was a hell of a year with the Covid 19 virus, a lot of us lost family, friend and even co-workers to this virus.

This year was no different, in January I lost my dad to the Covid virus, he was a great man and will be sadly missed, after the funeral half my family were testing positive to the virus and even past it onto their children, if was not good.

I have been put in the high risk category, which is also not good, so I decided I was going to do something about it, I decided that I wanted to get fit and health.

With a help my friend Amy who introduced to some wonderful products, so I began to start my journey to live a healthier lifestyle and get fitter.
